Unsalted Butter, melted (45ml) – plus 2 tbsp extra for brushing

Vanilla Extract
Cooking spray for greasing the air fryer basket

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Prep & Mix: Combine the dry ingredients and wet ingredients to make a soft dough.
Shape: Pat the dough flat and cut out your donut shapes.
Cook: Lightly spray the basket and air fry for 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve: Remove when golden brown and crispy on the edges. Brush with melted butter, coat in cinnamon sugar, and serve immediately.
