Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (120g)
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (50g) – plus 1/3 cup extra for the coating
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon – for the coating
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Milk of your choice (80ml)
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted (45ml) – plus 2 tbsp extra for brushing
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Cooking spray for greasing the air fryer basket

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prep & Mix: Combine the dry ingredients and wet ingredients to make a soft dough.
  3. Shape: Pat the dough flat and cut out your donut shapes.
  4. Cook: Lightly spray the basket and air fry for 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve: Remove when golden brown and crispy on the edges. Brush with melted butter, coat in cinnamon sugar, and serve immediately.
