  • 1 lb Steak (450g), about 1 inch thick (Ribeye or Sirloin)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (15ml)
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt (6g)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (1g)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (1g)
  • 1 tbsp Salted Butter (14g), for serving
  • Optional: Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep: Pat the steak dry and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Season: Rub with olive oil and coat both sides with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder mix.
  4. Cook: Air fry for 7-12 minutes, flipping the steak at the halfway mark.
  5. Rest: Remove the steak, top with butter, and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
