1 lb Salmon Fillet, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes (450g)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) (30ml)
1 tbsp Honey (or maple syrup) (15ml)
1 tbsp Olive Oil (15ml)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
Black Pepper, to taste
Optional Garnish: Sesame seeds, chopped green onions
Instructions
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prep Salmon: Pat a 1 lb salmon fillet dry and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
Marinate: In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp paprika. Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade.
Cook: Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve immediately.
