  • 2 (6-ounce) Salmon Fillets (about 170g each)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (15ml)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • Optional: 1 Lemon, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep & Season: Pat the salmon fillets dry. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook: Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if applicable. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Serve: Remove from the air fryer, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and serve right away.
