2 medium Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1 lb or 450g), pounded to ½-inch thickness
½ cup All-Purpose Flour (60g)
2 large Eggs
1 ½ cups Panko Breadcrumbs (75g)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika (use smoked paprika for a smokier flavor)
½ tsp Kosher Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prep: Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour and spices, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko.
Bread: Coat chicken in flour, then egg, then press firmly into the panko to coat completely.
Cook: Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray the tops with oil. Air fry for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve: Cook until the chicken is golden brown, crispy, and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Rest for 2 minutes, then serve immediately.
