  • 8 Lamb Chops (approx. 1.52 lbs or 700g – 900g)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (30ml)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • ½ tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley or lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep: Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
  3. Season: Rub chops with olive oil and coat evenly with the mixed herbs and spices.
  4. Cook: Place chops in the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Rest: Remove chops when they reach your desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
