Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create the glaze.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey glaze over them.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, basting the salmon with the glaze until cooked through and caramelized.
