Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lbs Boneless Ham (or a small spiral ham that fits your basket)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed (100g)
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (30ml)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard (15g)
  • 1 tbsp Orange Juice or Pineapple Juice (15ml)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves (optional)
  • Aluminum Foil (heavy duty is best)
  • Cooking spray (for the basket)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prep: Score the ham in a diamond pattern. Mix the glaze ingredients in a bowl.
  3. First Cook: Brush the ham with some glaze, wrap it tightly in foil, and air fry for 20 minutes.
  4. Crisp: Open the foil, brush with more glaze, and turn the heat up to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Finish: Air fry for 5-10 more minutes until sticky and golden.
  6. Serve: Let the ham rest for 10 minutes, then slice.
