1.5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes (about 680g), scrubbed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15ml)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika (you can use smoked paprika for extra flavor)
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
Optional: 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Prep: Wash, dry, and cut 1.5 lbs of potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Season: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until evenly coated.
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cook: Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serve: Remove when the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
