Ingredients

  • 46 Lamb Chops (Rib chops or Loin chops), about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (30ml)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary (or 1 tbsp fresh chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Optional garnish: Fresh parsley and lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Prep: Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
  3. Season: Mix olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub thoroughly over the chops.
  4. Cook: Place chops in the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Rest: Remove from the air fryer and let rest on a plate for 5 minutes before serving.
