Lamb Chops (Rib chops or Loin chops), about 1 inch thick

Garlic Powder

Dried Rosemary (or

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
Prep: Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
Season: Mix olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub thoroughly over the chops.
Cook: Place chops in the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Rest: Remove from the air fryer and let rest on a plate for 5 minutes before serving.
