Instructions
Prep: Take steaks out of the fridge to warm up. Pat them completely dry with paper towels.
Season: Rub steaks with olive oil. Mix salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and coat the steaks evenly.
Preheat: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it run for 5 minutes.
Cook: Place steaks in the basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping the steaks over halfway through.
Rest: Remove steaks when they reach your desired doneness. Let them rest on a plate for 5 minutes before slicing.
