For the Homemade Teriyaki Sauce:

- 1/4 cup Honey (60ml) (Maple syrup or brown sugar can be substituted)
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar (15ml)
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil (5ml)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch (8g)
- 1 tbsp Water (15ml)
For the Chicken:
- 1.5 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (or Breasts), cut into 1-inch cubes (about 680g)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil or Avocado Oil (15ml)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
