Instructions
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
Mix Filling: In a bowl, whisk together sweet potato purée, sweetened condensed milk, egg, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Fill & Arrange: Spoon the filling into 6 mini pie crusts. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook: Air fry for 15-18 minutes, until the center is just set.
Cool & Serve: Let the pies cool completely on a wire rack, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to fully set before serving.
