Air Fryer Sweet Potato Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Potato Purée (240g)
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (150g)
  • 1 large Egg, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted (14g)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 6 Mini Graham Cracker or Shortbread Pie Crusts (store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
  2. Mix Filling: In a bowl, whisk together sweet potato purée, sweetened condensed milk, egg, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fill & Arrange: Spoon the filling into 6 mini pie crusts. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook: Air fry for 15-18 minutes, until the center is just set.
  5. Cool & Serve: Let the pies cool completely on a wire rack, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to fully set before serving.
