Sirloin Steaks, about 8 oz (

Avocado Oil or Olive Oil (15ml)

Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp

Optional: 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter and a sprig of fresh Rosemary or Thyme for finishing.

Instructions
Prep: Let steaks rest at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, then pat dry.
Season: Rub with oil and season all sides with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder mixture.
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cook: Air fry for 8-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer for your preferred doneness.
Rest: Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
