1 lb Large Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 450g)
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted (57g)
1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15ml)
4–6 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Dry White Wine (or Chicken Broth) (30ml)
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice (30ml)
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional, adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Mix Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, wine (or broth), and seasonings.
Coat Shrimp: Add the raw shrimp to the sauce and toss to coat completely.
Cook: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Serve: Transfer the cooked shrimp to a bowl, toss with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
