Get the salmon ready: Open the salmon cans and drain all the water. Put the salmon in a large bowl. Use a fork to break it into small pieces.
Mix the ingredients: Add breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the salmon. Mix everything together well.
Add the eggs: Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Pour them into the salmon mixture. Stir until everything sticks together.
Make the patties: Use your hands to shape the mixture into 8 round patties. Each patty should be about the size of your palm.
Heat the air fryer: Turn on your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Let it heat up for 3 minutes.
Cook the patties: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place 4 patties in the basket. Don’t stack them on top of each other. Cook for 6 minutes.
Flip and finish: Carefully flip each patty over. Cook for 6 more minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Take the patties out of the air fryer. Let them cool for 2 minutes before eating.
