Air Fryer Salmon Patties

Air Fryer Salmon Patties

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (14.75 oz each) salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Get the salmon ready: Open the salmon cans and drain all the water. Put the salmon in a large bowl. Use a fork to break it into small pieces.
  2. Mix the ingredients: Add breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the salmon. Mix everything together well.
  3. Add the eggs: Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Pour them into the salmon mixture. Stir until everything sticks together.
  4. Make the patties: Use your hands to shape the mixture into 8 round patties. Each patty should be about the size of your palm.
  5. Heat the air fryer: Turn on your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Let it heat up for 3 minutes.
  6. Cook the patties: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place 4 patties in the basket. Don’t stack them on top of each other. Cook for 6 minutes.
  7. Flip and finish: Carefully flip each patty over. Cook for 6 more minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve: Take the patties out of the air fryer. Let them cool for 2 minutes before eating.
