2 medium Russet Potatoes (about 1.5 lbs / 680g), scrubbed and dried
1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15ml)
1 tsp Paprika (smoked or sweet)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
Optional Garnish: Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prep & Season: Cut potatoes into 8 even wedges per potato. In a large bowl, toss the wedges first with olive oil, then with a mix of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook: Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the wedges halfway through.
Serve: Remove when the wedges are golden brown and fork-tender. Serve immediately.
