Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (about 680g) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour (60g)
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Milk (15ml) (or buttermilk)
  • 1 ½ cups Panko Breadcrumbs (115g)
  • Olive or Avocado Oil Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep & Bread: Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Set up three bowls: (1) flour and spices, (2) egg and milk, (3) Panko. Coat chicken first in flour, then egg, then Panko.
  3. Cook: Spray the air fryer basket and chicken with cooking spray. Cook in a single layer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Serve: Remove when the chicken is golden brown, crispy, and cooked to 165°F (74°C). Serve immediately.
