Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce / 450g) jar dill pickle slices, drained and patted very dry
  • 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup (100g) Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray (e.g., avocado oil spray or olive oil spray)

Instructions

1. Prep Pickles: Pat pickle slices very dry with paper towels.

2. Set Up Breading Station: Place flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in another, and seasoned Panko breadcrumbs in a third.

3. Dredge & Coat: Dip each pickle in flour, then egg, then seasoned Panko, pressing firmly.

4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.

5. Arrange & Spray: Lightly spray the air fryer basket. Arrange coated pickles in a single layer, lightly spray their tops.

6. Air Fry: Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

7. Serve Hot: Enjoy immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
