The Easiest Air Fryer Mint Oreo Truffles (3 Ingredients!)

  • 1 package (15.25 oz / 432g) Mint Crème Oreo Cookies
  • 8 oz (226g) full-fat block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 12 oz (340g) chocolate or white chocolate melting wafers (such as Ghirardelli or candy melts)
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp peppermint extract for a stronger mint flavor
  • Optional: Sprinkles or crushed peppermint candies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush: Pulse one package of Mint Oreos into fine crumbs in a food processor.
  2. Toast: Air fry the crumbs at 320°F (160°C) for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Mix: In a large bowl, mix the toasted crumbs with 8 oz of softened cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Roll & Chill: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt & Dip: Melt 12 oz of chocolate wafers. Dip the chilled truffle balls into the chocolate until fully coated.
  6. Decorate & Set: Place the dipped truffles back on the tray, add sprinkles immediately, and let them set until the chocolate is firm.
