) chocolate or white chocolate melting wafers (such as Ghirardelli or candy melts)
Optional: 1/2 tsp peppermint extract for a stronger mint flavor
Optional: Sprinkles or crushed peppermint candies for decoration

Instructions
Crush: Pulse one package of Mint Oreos into fine crumbs in a food processor.
Toast: Air fry the crumbs at 320°F (160°C) for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Mix: In a large bowl, mix the toasted crumbs with 8 oz of softened cream cheese until well combined.
Roll & Chill: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Melt & Dip: Melt 12 oz of chocolate wafers. Dip the chilled truffle balls into the chocolate until fully coated.
Decorate & Set: Place the dipped truffles back on the tray, add sprinkles immediately, and let them set until the chocolate is firm.
