Air Fryer Lobster Tail Recipes

Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 Lobster Tails, cold-water (46 oz or 115-170g each), thawed if frozen
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter (57g), melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice (15ml)
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Prep & Butterfly: Cut the top shell of each lobster tail and lift the meat to rest on top of the shell.
  3. Make Sauce: Mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Season: Brush the garlic butter sauce all over the lobster meat.
  5. Cook: Air fry for 5-7 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
