Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Prep & Butterfly: Cut the top shell of each lobster tail and lift the meat to rest on top of the shell.
Make Sauce: Mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Season: Brush the garlic butter sauce all over the lobster meat.
Cook: Air fry for 5-7 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
