Instructions
Preheat: Set air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prep: Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
Season: Rub chops with oil and the spice mixture (garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper).

Finish: Remove when internal temp reaches 135°F-145°F. Rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
