Air Fryer Lamb Shoulder Chop

Ingredients

  • 4 Lamb Shoulder Chops (about 68 oz / 170-225g each)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (30ml)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary (or 1 tbsp fresh, chopped very finely)
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Optional: Fresh lemon wedges or parsley for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep: Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
  3. Season: Rub chops with oil and the spice mixture (garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper).
  4. Cook: Air fry for 8-10 minutes total, flipping halfway through.
  5. Finish: Remove when internal temp reaches 135°F-145°F. Rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
