Air Fryer Jalapeno Popper

Ingredients

  • 6 large Jalapeño Peppers
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened (113g)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (55g)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (15g)
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter (or cooking spray)

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Wearing gloves, slice 6 jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  2. Mix & Fill: In a bowl, mix 4 oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, and spices. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  3. Top: In a separate bowl, toss 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp melted butter. Sprinkle the crumbs over the filled peppers.
  4. Cook: Arrange the poppers in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-9 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
