Instructions
Preheat & Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Wearing gloves, slice 6 jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
Mix & Fill: In a bowl, mix 4 oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, and spices. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
Top: In a separate bowl, toss 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp melted butter. Sprinkle the crumbs over the filled peppers.
Cook: Arrange the poppers in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-9 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
