Instructions
Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix diced apple, sugar, spices, and flour.
Cut & Fill: Cut 4-inch circles from pie dough. Place 1 tbsp of filling on one half of each circle.
Seal: Brush edges with egg wash, fold into a half-moon, and crimp with a fork. Cut slits on top.
Cook: Brush pies with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Air fry in a single layer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Serve: Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
