  • 1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15ml)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh (15ml)
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Marinate: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and all spices. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
  3. Cook: Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Check Temp: Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) with a meat thermometer.
  5. Rest & Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
