Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread of your choice (sourdough, white, or whole wheat work well)
  • 1 tbsp Salted Butter, softened (14g) (or Mayonnaise)
  • 23 slices American or Cheddar Cheese (about 2 oz or 56g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  2. Assemble: Spread butter or mayo on one side of each bread slice. Place cheese between the unbuttered sides. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  3. Cook: Air fry for 3-5 minutes until the top is golden.
  4. Flip: Flip the sandwich and cook for another 2-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
  5. Serve: Let cool for one minute, slice, and serve immediately.
