Instructions
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prep: Pat the chicken legs dry. Set up two bowls: one with whisked eggs and another with the flour, cornstarch, and all seasonings mixed together.
Coat: Dip each chicken leg first in the egg, then press firmly into the flour mixture to coat completely.
Cook: Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve: The chicken is done when it’s golden brown, crispy, and the internal temperature is 165°F (74°C). Let rest for a minute and serve immediately.
