Instructions
Prep: Cut potatoes into sticks. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
Dry: Drain and pat the potatoes completely dry with a towel.
Season: Preheat Air Fryer to 380°F (193°C). Toss potatoes with oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cook: Place fries in the basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Finish: Remove when golden brown and crispy. Toss with salt immediately and serve.
