  • 2 large Russet Potatoes (about 1 lb or 450g)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil or Avocado Oil (15ml)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt or Kosher Salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika (optional)
  • Cold water (for soaking)

Instructions

  1. Prep: Cut potatoes into sticks. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Dry: Drain and pat the potatoes completely dry with a towel.
  3. Season: Preheat Air Fryer to 380°F (193°C). Toss potatoes with oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Cook: Place fries in the basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Finish: Remove when golden brown and crispy. Toss with salt immediately and serve.
