Instructions
Activate Yeast: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Mix Dough: Stir in flour, 2 tbsp olive oil, and salt until a sticky dough forms.
Rise: Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes.
Shape: Transfer dough to parchment-lined air fryer basket and press to fit.
Top: Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, dimple with fingers, and add toppings.
Cook: Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
