Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour (240g)
  • 1 tsp Instant Yeast (3g)
  • 1 cup Warm Water (240ml)
  • 3 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, divided (45ml)
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar (4g)
  • 1 tsp Salt (6g)
  • Optional Toppings: 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, flaky sea salt, cherry tomatoes, olives.

Instructions

  1. Activate Yeast: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix Dough: Stir in flour, 2 tbsp olive oil, and salt until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Rise: Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Shape: Transfer dough to parchment-lined air fryer basket and press to fit.
  5. Top: Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, dimple with fingers, and add toppings.
  6. Cook: Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
