The Easiest Air Fryer Egg Bites (Ready in 24 Minutes!)

Air fryer egg bites

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 50 g cheese grated
  • 100 g cooked bacon or ham chopped (optional)
  • Seasoning salt and pepper
  • Silicone moulds that fit air fryer or similar

Instructions

Making these egg bites is so easy! Just follow these simple steps.

Get Ready: First, let’s get the air fryer warming up. Set it to 300°F (or 150°C). While it heats up, lightly spray your silicone molds with a little cooking spray so the eggs don’t stick.

Mix the Eggs: In a medium-sized bowl, crack all 6 eggs. Add the 2 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk it all together until it’s smooth and a little bit bubbly.

Add the Good Stuff: Now, stir in your 50g of shredded cheese. If you’re using bacon or ham, sprinkle it evenly into the bottom of your silicone molds.

Fill the Molds: Carefully pour the egg mixture into each mold. Make sure you only fill them about three-quarters (3/4) of the way full. The eggs will puff up as they cook, and you don’t want them to overflow!

Air Fry: Place the filled molds into your air fryer basket. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes. They are done when the center is set and no longer looks wet.

Cool and Enjoy: Let the egg bites cool down for a minute or two in the molds. This helps them firm up. Then, you can easily pop them out. Enjoy them while they’re warm!
