Air Fryer Deviled Eggs: Your New Go-To Appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 6 large Eggs, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise (60ml)
  • 1 tsp Yellow Mustard (5ml)
  • 1/2 tsp White Vinegar (2.5ml)
  • Pinch of Salt, to taste
  • Pinch of Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika, for garnish (1.25g)

Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 275°F (135°C).

2. Air Fry Eggs: Place room temperature eggs in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 15-17 minutes.

3. Ice Bath: Immediately transfer cooked eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes.

4. Peel & Scoop: Peel eggs, then slice in half lengthwise. Scoop yolks into a bowl; place whites on a platter.

5. Make Filling: Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until creamy.

6. Stuff & Garnish: Spoon or pipe filling into egg white halves. Garnish with paprika. Serve!
