1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened to room temperature (113g)
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar (150g)
1 large Egg, room temperature
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Milk, room temperature (120ml)
Instructions
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
Mix Wet Ingredients: Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
Combine & Mix Batter: Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Alternate adding the dry ingredients and the milk to the wet ingredients, mixing on low until just combined.
Fill & Cook: Fill silicone cupcake liners 2/3 full. Place them in the preheated air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool & Serve: Let the cupcakes cool on a wire rack completely before frosting and serving.
