Air Fryer Corn on the Cob: A Simple, Delicious Guide

Air fryer corn on the cob

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

salt and pepper

Instructions

1.  Get the corn ready: First, I shuck the corn, which means I pull off the green husks and all the silky threads. I make sure to get all the silk off so it doesn’t burn.

2.  Oil and season: I brush the olive oil all over each ear of corn. You can also just rub it on with your hands! Then, I sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

3.  Heat the air fryer: I turn on my air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and let it heat up for a few minutes.

4.  Cook the corn: I place the corn cobs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. It’s important not to stack them so the hot air can cook them evenly. I cook them for 10-12 minutes.

5.  Flip and finish: About halfway through cooking, around the 6-minute mark, I use tongs to carefully flip the corn over. This helps both sides get nicely cooked and a little bit golden.

6.  Serve: Once they’re done, I use the tongs to take the hot corn out of the air fryer. They are ready to eat right away! I love adding a little butter right at the end.
