2 (6-ounce) Cod Fillets, about 1-inch thick (170g each)
1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15ml)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1/2 Lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
Cooking spray or a little extra oil for the basket
Instructions
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prep & Season: Pat the cod fillets dry. In a small bowl, mix the seasonings, dill, and lemon zest. Coat the fish in olive oil, then press the seasoning mixture onto all sides.
Cook: Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is golden and flakes easily.
Serve: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the hot fish and serve immediately.
