Air Fryer Cod Fish Recipe

  • 2 (6-ounce) Cod Fillets, about 1-inch thick (170g each)
  • 1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15ml)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • 1/2 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • Cooking spray or a little extra oil for the basket

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep & Season: Pat the cod fillets dry. In a small bowl, mix the seasonings, dill, and lemon zest. Coat the fish in olive oil, then press the seasoning mixture onto all sides.
  3. Cook: Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is golden and flakes easily.
  4. Serve: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the hot fish and serve immediately.
