  • 1 lb Chicken Tenderloins (approx. 450g)
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (60g)
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour (60g)
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika (smoked or sweet)
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil Spray or Avocado Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep Station: Set up three bowls: one for seasoned flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for seasoned Panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip & Coat: Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then press into breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange: Place chicken in the basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
  5. Cook: Spray tops with oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes total, flipping halfway through and spraying any dry spots with oil.
  6. Serve: Remove when golden brown and crispy. Let cool for a minute and enjoy!
