Air Fryer Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded Chicken (about 300g)
  • 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend, shredded (about 112g)
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
  • 4 medium Flour Tortillas (8-inch/20-cm)
  • Cooking Spray or Olive Oil
  • Optional for serving: Sour cream, salsa, guacamole, chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Filling: In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cheese, and spices.
  3. Assemble: Spread the filling over one half of each tortilla and fold it over.
  4. Cook: Lightly spray the outside of the quesadillas with cooking spray. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve: Remove when golden and crispy. Let cool for a minute, slice, and serve immediately with your favorite dips.
