Air Fryer Cheese Curds (super crispy!)

Air fryer cheese curd

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Fresh White Cheddar Cheese Curds
  • 1/4 cup (30g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups (75g) Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

1. Prep Stations: Set up three dishes: flour; beaten eggs; and panko mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Preheat: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

3. Coat Curds: Dredge cheese curds in flour, then egg, then panko, pressing to coat well.

4. Air Fry: Arrange in a single layer in a lightly sprayed air fryer basket, spray tops lightly, and air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

5. Serve: Enjoy immediately with dipping sauce.
