Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef, 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio (450g)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt (or more to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (5ml)
  • 4 Burger Buns (Regular, Brioche, or Gluten-Free)
  • 4 Slices of Cheese (optional)
  • Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season & Shape: Mix 1 lb beef with spices and Worcestershire sauce. Form 4 patties and press a dimple into the center of each.
  3. Air Fry: Place patties in the basket (no overlapping). Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Melt Cheese: Add cheese slices during the last 30 seconds of cooking or let them sit in the warm, turned-off air fryer.
  5. Serve: Toast the buns, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
