6–8 medium Banana Peppers (about 400g), washed and dried
1 tablespoon Olive Oil (15ml)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
Pinch of Black Pepper, or to taste
Optional: Fresh parsley or dill, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Prep Peppers: Wash, dry, and slice banana peppers into 1/2-inch rounds (or halve and deseed).
Season: Toss peppers with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Air Fry: Arrange peppers in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until tender and golden brown.
Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
