Instructions
Preheat & Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Grease a mini loaf pan.
Mix: In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, melted butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla. In a small bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine: Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Stir in any mix-ins.
Cook: Pour batter into the pan. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cover with foil halfway through if the top browns too fast.
Cool: Let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
