The Easiest Air Fryer Baked Oats (Tastes Like Cake!)

Air Fryer Baked Oats Recipes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats (50g)
  • 1/2 medium Banana, ripe
  • 1 large Egg (or a flax egg for vegan)
  • 2 tbsp Milk of your choice (30ml)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey (15ml)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Optional Mix-ins: 1 tbsp chocolate chips, berries, or nuts
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

Making these baked oats is as easy as 1-2-3. Just blend, pour, and air fry!

1.  Preheat and Prep: First, preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C). Lightly grease a 6-ounce (about 175ml) oven-safe ramekin or small dish with cooking spray or butter.

2.  Blend the Batter: In a personal or high-speed blender, combine the rolled oats, ripe banana, egg, milk, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and looks like a thin pancake batter.

3.  Add Mix-Ins: If you’re using any mix-ins like chocolate chips or berries, pour the batter into a small bowl and stir them in now. You can also save a few to sprinkle on top!

4.  Air Fry to Perfection: Pour the batter into your greased ramekin. Carefully place the ramekin in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5.  Cool and Enjoy: Carefully remove the ramekin from the air fryer (it will be hot!). Let it cool for a minute or two before digging in. Enjoy it straight from the ramekin or turn it out onto a plate.
