2 medium Apples, crisp variety like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith
1 tbsp Brown Sugar (or Maple Syrup) (15g)
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Butter or Coconut Oil, melted (5g)
Pinch of Salt
Optional: Squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Prep & Mix: Core and chop 2 apples into even-sized chunks. In a bowl, toss the apples with 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp melted butter, and a pinch of salt.
Cook: Arrange apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serve: Remove when the apples are tender and lightly caramelized. Serve warm.
