Instructions
Prep Apples: Peel, core, and finely dice the apple.
Mix Dry: In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix Wet: In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and vanilla.
Combine: Add wet to dry, mix until just combined, then fold in diced apples.
Preheat: Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Place Fritters: Lightly spray basket. Drop 2-tablespoon spoonfuls of batter into the basket, spacing them out.
Air Fry: Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Glaze (Optional): Whisk powdered sugar and milk for glaze.
Serve: Remove fritters, drizzle with glaze if desired, and serve warm.
