  • 225g lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) diced yellow onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 12 mini corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Cook the Filling: Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain the fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water.
  2. Soften Tortillas: Warm the mini corn tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Assemble Tacos: Fill each tortilla with about 1 tablespoon of meat and 1 teaspoon of shredded cheese, then fold in half.
  4. Air Fry: Place tacos in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 380°F (195°C) for 5-7 minutes, until golden and crispy.
