Mug Cake In Air Fryers

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp All-Purpose Flour (30g)
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (15g)
  • 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar (38g)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Milk (60ml) (Dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or Melted Butter (30ml)
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Optional Mix-ins: 1 tbsp chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • Cooking spray for greasing the mug

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Grease a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Mix Dry: In the mug, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet: Add milk, oil/butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Add chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Cook: Place the mug in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Cool: Carefully remove the hot mug and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before eating.
