Bacon Eggs Toast Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Thick-Cut Bread (like brioche, challah, or Texas toast)
  • 2 Large Eggs, preferably at room temperature
  • 24 slices Bacon (regular or thin-cut works best to form the ring)
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted (15g)
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Optional Garnish: Freshly chopped chives or parsley, shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prep: Press a well into the center of each slice of bread and brush with melted butter.
  3. Fill: Form a ring with bacon inside the well and crack an egg into the center. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook: Air fry for 8-12 minutes, depending on your desired yolk consistency (8 mins for runny, 10-12 mins for jammy).
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs or cheese and serve immediately.
