Instructions
Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Mix: In one bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another, whisk the egg, milk, oil, and vanilla.
Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. Fold in any optional mix-ins.
Fill: Spoon the batter into silicone muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full.
Cook: Place cups in the air fryer and cook for 10-14 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Serve: Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
