The Easiest Air Fryer Muffins (Ready in 17 Minutes!)

Air Fryer Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (120g)
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (100g)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Egg, room temperature (or 1 flax egg)
  • 1/2 cup Milk of your choice (120ml)
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil or Melted Butter (60ml)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Optional: 1/2 cup of your favorite mix-ins (chocolate chips, blueberries, chopped nuts, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix: In one bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another, whisk the egg, milk, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. Fold in any optional mix-ins.
  4. Fill: Spoon the batter into silicone muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full.
  5. Cook: Place cups in the air fryer and cook for 10-14 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Serve: Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
