Instructions
Prep: Soak 2 cups of dried fruit in 1/4 cup juice/brandy for 2+ hours. Grease and line a 6-inch cake pan.
Preheat: Set your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
Mix: Cream 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Mix in 2 eggs. Fold in 1 cup flour, 1 tsp spices, and the soaked fruit.
Cook: Pour into the pan and air fry for 45-55 minutes. Cover with foil halfway through if the top gets too brown.
Finish: Test with a toothpick. Let cool in the pan for 20 minutes before moving to a rack.
