The Easiest Air Fryer Bananas (A Warm & Healthy Treat!)

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Bananas, ripe but still firm
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar (15g) (or coconut sugar, maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Cooking Spray (or 1 tsp melted coconut oil/butter)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Prep & Season: Peel and slice two bananas in half lengthwise. Place them in the air fryer basket, cut-side up. Mix 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the bananas.
  3. Cook: Air fry for 6-8 minutes, until the topping is bubbly and the bananas are golden brown and soft.
  4. Serve: Carefully remove from the basket and serve warm.
